Long COVID Isn't One Problem. It's Six. This Series Covers All of Them.
All seven volumes covering every mechanism driving Long COVID, from dysautonomia and mitochondrial failure to gut dysbiosis, microclots, mast cell activation, and hormone imbalance.
Inside This Volume
What You'll Learn
The six core mechanisms behind Long COVID and how they interact with each other
How dysautonomia keeps your nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight mode
Why your mitochondria can't produce energy efficiently and what restores them
How COVID damages your gut microbiome, blood vessels, and endothelial lining
What triggers mast cell activation and histamine intolerance after infection
How hormone disruption across thyroid, adrenals, and sex steroids stalls recovery
Which labs to request, what the results mean, and how to build a treatment strategy
About This Volume
From the author
Long COVID affects the autonomic nervous system, mitochondrial energy production, blood vessel lining, gut microbiome, mast cell regulation, and hormonal balance, often all at once. Each mechanism feeds the others: gut dysbiosis triggers mast cell activation, endothelial damage reduces oxygen delivery to already-struggling mitochondria, and hormone imbalance destabilizes the nervous system further. Treating one mechanism in isolation rarely produces lasting recovery. The complete series gives you the biology behind all six, organized so each volume builds on what came before.
Volume 1 lays the foundation: the six-mechanism framework, initial diagnostics, and treatment starting points. Volumes 2 through 7 each take one mechanism in depth: dysautonomia and the autonomic nervous system, mitochondrial dysfunction and energy collapse, gut dysbiosis and leaky gut, mast cell activation and histamine intolerance, endothelial dysfunction and microclots, and hormone imbalance with metabolic disruption. Every volume includes the relevant lab testing, treatment protocols, and clinical reasoning Dr. Groysman uses with his own patients.
Most Long COVID patients have been told their labs are normal, handed a referral they don’t need, or left to piece together their own treatment plan from scattered online sources. This series replaces that fragmented approach with a structured system, one that helps you understand what is actually happening in your body and gives you the language to work productively with your healthcare provider.
From the Book
"Long COVID isn't one problem. It's six interconnected mechanisms disrupting multiple body systems simultaneously. Searching for treatments online or through social media feels like assembling a jigsaw puzzle with pieces from several different puzzles, rarely resulting in a complete picture. This series gives you the full framework: what's broken, why it's broken, and how to start fixing it."
Dr. Robert Groysman, MD

What format is this book available in?
The book is available as a digital download (PDF/eBook). A paperback edition is also available on Amazon. Once purchased through the Long COVID Family store, you receive instant access to the digital version.
Is this written for patients or healthcare providers?
Both. The series is written so that patients can understand their biology without a medical background, and so that physicians have a structured, mechanism-based framework they can use with their own Long COVID patients. Dr. Groysman specifically avoids jargon and always explains the "why" behind the science.
Do I need to read Volume 1 first?
Volume 1 introduces the full six-mechanism framework and is the recommended starting point. The mechanism-specific volumes (2–7) build on that foundation, though each volume can also stand alone if you already know which mechanism you want to explore.
What is the refund policy?
For refund and return questions, contact the Long COVID Family store directly at customer@covidinstitute.org or call (214) 390-7557. Due to the digital nature of the books, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
